Postage & Packaging Prices:

Accessories

Minimum 29% of sales total, on all orders below £ 50.00 minimum order £ 35.00.

Orders upto £150.00 shipping will be £ 25.00, all orders between £ 151 – £ 250 shipping will be £ 30.00,

Free shipping on all orders over £250.00

Stationery - £ 20.00 per order.

Free shipping on orders over £ 250.00

All items ordered will be shipped together direct to the customer.

Accessory items will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery and Stationery items are always shipped via Courier therefore a signature may be required. You will be emailed prior to any goods being dispatched to arrange a convenient date and approx. time. If you require us to ship to a different address, i.e. work, parents, please contact us to let us know.

Shipping time is an estimate of 28 days for all accessories and 6-8 weeks for Personalised Stationery, from the date of payment received in full and/or all proofs confirmed ok. In certain cases this may be longer. However, if this is the case, you will be informed.

The Invitation Co. (UK) Limited will not be held liable for late delivery of goods due to holidays, industrial action, blockades or any other incident outside our control. By placing an order with The Invitation Co. (UK) Limited you accept these terms and conditions.

All items can be shipped Internationally if required. Please contact us for a rate.

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

We aim to deliver your Stationary order within 6 - 8 Weeks.

Accessories orders within 28 days.

UK ORDERS

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail/Courier.

Postage and packing is charged at as per our tariff which can be found under our Shipping Tab at the top of the page.

ORDERS OUTSIDE UK

Please email your order with your name and address to info@theinvitationco.com

Please do not use the online checkout.

We will calculate your postage costs and email you an invoice should you wish to proceed with the order.

PAYMENT

We accept most major Credit and Debit Cards

Payment is processed through Paypal on a secure server. You do not need to have a Paypal account.

All our prices are in UK sterling.

We do not charge VAT.

If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please email your order to info@theinvitationco.com and we will provide you with an address to send the payment to.

Please do not send cheques or postal orders without notifying us first.

Your order will be sent as soon as your cheque has cleared.

You will be notified by email if a product is out of stock.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel up to 7 days after placing an order. However you will charged postage for any items already despatched and all products must be returned to us at your cost in an unused and resalable condition. All packaging must be intact. Please ensure that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for the non-receipt of items. Please email us before, returning goods, stating the reason for your return and we will notify you of our returns procedure and address.
